NULL.OS / Treasury / 001
Legacy treasury records.
These records come from the earlier domain-treasury model. New tokens pay their creator fees to the creator's own wallet — no treasury receives funds, and each token page shows its creator's funding progress instead.

The acquisition process
Seven stages, each needing its own evidence. Every token's treasury page shows where it actually stands.
- 01Domain targetA token names the domain it is funding toward. A target is not ownership.
- 02Funding eligibilityThe treasury's verified balance is checked against an approved target.
- 03Governance reviewMembers review a proposal. Spending would need a deployed multisig.
- 04Settlement preparationLimits and steps are prepared. Execution is refused by policy.
- 05Ownership verificationOnly registrar evidence can verify ownership. Simulated evidence never does.
- 06DNS activationDNS is planned, never applied, until a provider is integrated.
- 07Renewal managementExpiry and renewal reserves are tracked; renewals have no funding path yet.

Creator fees go to the token creator's own wallet. Trades made through NullDotSol may include an additional interface fee, shown before confirmation. Rates are Pump.fun's, from a snapshot at slot 461,875,470; they can change. Fees accrue on Pump.fun and count only once distributed. Holders don't own the treasury or the domain.
